Villian in this hand is very loose aggro, 60/7/2 after ~40 hands...

Normally I would say it's an easy fold but with those stats I think I'd have to raise. He very well could be bluffing the scare card. It would have to be based on what i'd seen before though, has anyone popped this guy back on a similar play-how did he react?

Not sure what hat turn bet means, could be trying to get a cheap flush card or a type of blocking bet with a lower pocker pair but with those stats could well be some play with an A or a monster. I'm probably calling the turn and wait for his river action.
