Ok, the converter isn't working right. BB called preflop and was all-in.

Normally I wouldn't call this raise preflop, but I felt like gambooling with my big stack...

Just for my own understanding, why didn't you re-raise PF? To keep the BB in? If the flop came AQ3r, how would you play it? I find that it's difficult to know if you should play 10s (or even JJ) for set value or as a high pocket pair.

In general I end up avoid cold-calling a raise PF, instead either re-raising or folding. There's another thread (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=3364011&page=1&view=c ollapsed&sb=5&o=14&fpart=1) that was just posted, although the pot isn't as big here. Thoughts?

You need at least 4-1 odds to play a pair for set value. When you're not getting it, you play it for pair value.

I think you played it perfectly. The moment you made that call, he risked his whole stack. Because you know if you hit a flop, you've got all his chips. And you had to invest a lot less than his stack.

Unless I'm so stoned that I missed something major, I think this is a fantastic hand.
