i'd call him. its a good bluff card for him, and he might be doing this with a lesser jack or a ten

I think he knows you'll call the river so he's raising for value most of the time. Luckily you've inflated the pot so you're getting almost 12:1 to call this raise. I think he's probably bluffing between 8-10% of the time, so you can get away with a call here. It's crying, though.

Altough I think you'll be seeing KQ a lot I think you can call this. I don't know how often TstoneMBD is going to semibluff raise the river on a scare card.
