finally one my first single table NL tournie.

just started playing NL last week and figured i'd learn at the 5+1's... been having a fun time at my usual fixed limit haunts but decided to try and learn some NL.

after a 7th place and a few 4th places, i went 2 3rds, 1 2nd and today a 1st place.

so i moved up to a 10+1 and took home 2nd place.

these are tons of fun.. wish i played these before!

And OP, don't move up to the 20's cause you won a 10+1, or you'll be broke faster then you can say " Would you like fries with that."

yah i figured i'll haunt the 5's and 10's till i am consistently in the money.

i only played in one 10 so far, and it was definately way less aggressive Pre-Flop until it was down to like 3... kinda odd.

HU at the 5's were great because whoever i was playing would keep going All-In on each hand. So i just played patient and waited for a hand to come that i could push in with.

Is this usual play? Im very new to NL so...

i'll be honest and ask if you think its a higher EV at the 10+1? thanks for the advice.

unless this was sarcasm, and in that case feel free to keep it coming, i need a good laugh.
