HU c-bet is mandatory; 3 handed, w/ position I'll make one, otherwise c/f.

c-bet with AK #1 (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=3309862&page=&view=&sb=5& o=&vc=1)

#2 (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=3319642&page=&view=&s b=5&o=)

I think it's fairly standard to C-bet HU unless you have an outstanding read on villian.
