Sorry about the double post, I forgot to ask, I signed up for Caribbean Sun through a rakeback plan, but does the 40 monthly bonus count against my MGR, or the initial deposit bonus?

Yes, both of the bonuses are deducted from your total monthly rake. Caribbean Sun is the only Crypto skin I know of that deducts bonuses.
