Any lawyers out there???

Hi forum,


Do any of you guys know if there are States in the US or any other country where it would be legal for a company to promote gambling (poker)activities in the net? I would then establish my company there.


The thing is I'm from Canada and my lawyer tells me that it would be illegal for a canadian based company.

Chris Alger puts forth that internet gambling is legal everywhere in the USA. Most legal authorities, that is the actual law enforcement authoritites, disagree. Mr.Alger may not be an attorney much longer.
