If you're going to post a "headline" with a link to a story or website, can you at least make an effort to include SOME original thought with it?

Ideally, you would include at minimum one line of original input for each line of text you quote.

Occasionally I will read something so well stated that I can't imagine an opposing view exists. I have posted a couple of these in the last month, and was really surprised at where the opposing political view chose to attack. Sometimes you have to let the opposition define the details of the debate.

I want to know what others think about some things. If I am always the first to give an opinion, I am skewing the input I will get from others.

Sometimes a simple link or story without personal comments is best.
