View Full Version : Problem with GamingClub bonus

The GamingClub offered me a reload bonus of 50$ for 350 raked hands via email which I cleared. After a couple of days passed and nothing was credited to my account I contacted their support concerning this matter.
At first I did not get an answer at all. I sent it again and they wrote:
We have checked your poker account and can see that your account is older that 30 days, which means that you do not qualify for our sign on bonus offer.

I answered that it was the reload bonus I referred to and they answered:
We do apologize for the confusion.
Please note that you have qualified for the reload promotion as you have made a purchase of $100.

I answered that I already cleared 350 hands and am still waiting for my money. I did not get a reply to this.

Did anybody experience similar issues with this site?

Matt111, if you still haven't received your bonus, please won't you PM us with your alias so that we can sort it out for you.

The $300 bonus is no longer available, it's been replaced by a Deposit $50, Get $50 offer.

Matt111, did everything get sorted out with your bonus?

Heya GamingClub,

I got this email from you an hour ago, and I guess a lot of others got it too, so I'll ask you here instead of in private.

What's the deal with sending signup offers ("Deposit $50 and get $50 free bonus cash with our sign-up special.") to existing players ("We see that you have a Real Account at The Gaming Club Online Poker Room but you haven't played for some time."), that can easily be mistaken as being a reload bonus, since you address me as an existing player?

i did the up to $300 bonus at gaming club.

the bonuses (in $20 increments) were never deposited to my account automatically like they said they would be.
That being said, a quick email to support and they deposited the bonus.
But it was kinda annoying to have to email them whenever i wanted to get the bonus /images/graemlins/frown.gif

Thanks Adde, seems to have been a copy writing mixup. We'll inform the marketing dept. as that could prove confusing. Sorry for the mixup.
