My video card has two different connections (DVI and analog). I am wanting to get 2 monitors capable of 1600x1200, but after looking through some on newegg, I am noticing that none of the CRT's have DVI connections. I'm assuming this is only an LCD thing? So should I just buy a cheap video card that is capable of 1600x1200 so I have 2 connections for analog? Or, is there some sort of adaptor or something?

on more thing. My current card is a Nvidia GeForce 6800GT. Does my other card need to be a Nvidia also? The 2 cards will have different drivers I'm guessing?

You should be able to go and buy a DVI to VGA adapter to take care of this ... a second video card isn't necessary.

Just make sure the analog end of the connector is female, and the DVI end is male.
