How bad can you ran at the 30's?

I finally made the jump to the 30's after crushing the 20's (42% ITM 25% ROI after 600 SNGs). I would think I'd be able to at least show a profit at the 30's, yet after 221 SNGs I'm down 16 buyins with an ITM of 32% and ROI of -7.5%. I may be running bad but I may need to re-evaluate my game also. Its been one hell of a rollercoaster ride compared to those 20's. Should I be worried about my results so far?

Prob just part of game I am about 15% 8 tabling 33's over 5000 but last 200 have been brutal -8% just seems like losing every time I have someone dominated etc. My first "real experience" of variance and it sucks. Have to just stick with it.

I had similar results at the 22s and dropped $1k at the 33s in my first 250. Built my ROI back up to 7.5% after 500 total then moved up to the $55s. Probably just variance.
