How to play such a crazy Stud MTT structure?

These Stud Hi MTTs I play in have the weirdest structure. Limits go up normally, starting with 1500 chips, from 10/20 and up. Bring-ins also go up accordingly. Antes, however, stay at 2, and NEVER go up. At Level 10, for example, the limits are at 600/1200, bring-in is 300, and antes are 2.

Would you change your strategy in such a tournament? Play tighter, be more selective with your hands? It's 8-handed, and I can easily see myself just waiting for better starting hands, as it's only costing me basically the bring-in on average every 8 hands to just fold and fold.

I'm not a big Stud player, just curious what you would do in such a structure.

Where do you play? If the antes never rise then you are encouraged to play tight and only enter with premium hands. That seems to be a strange way to run a MTT.
