do you think middle pair/weak kicker is good here?

boring hand while i'm waiting for a sit and go to open, just wanted some feedback because a friend observing said he didnt like the river call at all, whereas i absolutely felt my hand was good the whole way, what do you all think?

No it's not good. At these limits, $2 is a lot. He's not betting half his stack on the turn and river without at least K9. 22, A9, K9, A8 are all likely possibilities. Then again, at these limits, 1 in 5 of the people are just [censored] around and really don't care, so he might have been one of those.

in retrospect i guess it was a stupid call even though it did work out for me, he turned over KT (no flush draw) and i take the pot
