Did Tradesports blow it on these contracts?

It looks like Tradesports has made two mistakes on two separate contract clusters having to do with the Supreme Court.

They clearly do not know what they are doing, and are paying off losing contracts and canceling winning contracts.

Anyone foolish enough to play poorly worded contracts or contracts with amorphous outcomes on TS gets what they deserve. TS may make wrong win determinations based on one rationale or another and will suffer negative PR on those types of contracts in the long-run. But as long as they're paying out one contract per "event" at 100 and the contract terms are clearly stated, it's hard to complain vociferously. I've never had a single problem with them over 2 years and one of my friends bets political contracts on there frequently without problem.
