i would raise more on the flop. you can't fear a set here. your opponent is very unlikely to have 66 (given that you have one of the sixes) and i find it hard to believe that no one would raise preflop with AK, KK, or AA.

same story on the turn. at a $6 tourney, i think you need to call this.

Definitely need to raise more on the flop. There is 120 out there and a weak lead of 30. I would pop it up to 160 or so to protect from my low pair counterfeiting and trying to catch AQ or AJ limping in and thinking they have the hand. It's tough when you bet after raising and get minraised and reraised all in. Tough call, I will usually fold if the push came from a player and call instantly if he has shown maniacal betting in the past.
