After his flop raise I thought maybe he hit two pair, but after the turn I don't see any way I can lay this down, right?

Even if he has 33, you have some outs and it's possible you have the best hand. The min-raising is weird though.

I bet a bit less on the turn and fold to the raise. What are you beating here?

BTW, the turn card did not change your situation much.
