VILLIAN is all-In [795]

THIS IS WHERE IT GOT WEIRD. I have rags. I'm in for 300. so it's 495 to call. If i call he is back in the game and no longer crippled about to take the blinds. If i fold, he's still kinda back in the game with 1200 but about to go right back down with the blinds. Do i call here?

HERO?

He has just a bit mroe than 2x the big blind. You have to call this, no choice at all. His range is anything at all because he's desperate. even if you knew he had some overcards you gotta call it.

Then just to be annoying I push into his bb next hand if the big stack folds.

It's a call, and it would be closer if your stack were smaller, his bigger, or the blinds larger.

I think you're also overlooking something very important, which is "10-4 equity" - the ability to bust someone with T4 and then say in the chat box, "10-4 good buddy." This has led to some interesting confrontations in my low stakes home game, T4 v KK, etc.
