I peruse the STT forum during the day at work, and as a 33 player, I always value the posts of tigerite and 45suited. durron597 is another good poster and also a mod. If you're just looking for who to pay attention to, stick around for a while and you should be able to filter through the noise a bit.

I'm not sure about the question, is it who makes the best posts, or which poster is the best player?

BTW, I also enjoy tigerite's input on hands.

Raptor always makes the play seem obvious, which I think is a benefit. Also, he says holla at the end of every post, which is a huge plus. holla

Yeah, all of those for sure. I'll add one of my "sleeper" votes...

Lastchance - very simple, to the point, usually "right on" (IMO) advice.

hmm.. so im harsh about things sometimes? like.. it comes across as.. 'psh, you should know that i idiot.' well.. i dont TRY to be that way, i just try to be terse and get the point across. most of the hands i post are rather controversial though, which i really like. cuz i like arguing. grr.. holla

[/ QUOTE ]I think he means that your reasoning is such that the play becomes obvious. That's a good thing.

giga by far but he rarely posts

the best regular poster is definately curtains

irie also gives us a post for the ages every month or so

unarmed, adanthar and scuba chuck's advice you'd be smart to take if they are so kind as to give it to you-along w/ ~70% of others who have semi-large post counts and post here regularly

The names I enjoy reading most with regards to STT strategy posts are (in no particular order).

Irieguy
Eastbay
PrayingMantis
Strassa
Curtains
Citanul
Adanthar
NegativeEV
Lorinda

Other Posters who are very good but rarely contribute.
Daliman
ZeeJustin
Gigabet
Mcpherzen
Gramps
Nick B

Oh, and that unarmed guy....

And adding me to this list is like adding parseley to your dinner plate. It might make your breath smell good, but it's not really part of the meal.

I personally think forumbot could be the smartest contributer.

I also wish lacky posted here more.

I Like Lastchance cause he actually gives me advice. Seems like I dont get some from others even though all the others mentioned are Very Good posters and very knowledgable.

The largest single improvement in my game came after adanthar replied to one of my posts and flamed me for being weak-tight. When I'm capable of understanding his posts (a lot are over my head) they're a goldmine of postflop information.
