suited flops?

On one site I have recently noticed a rash of suited flops. EX: 9c,5c,Qc. THere have been a few occasions where I have been in the blind or in position with suited connectors and hit a "dirty" flush. Typically I will pound this pot, (bet the size of the pot), and one of two things usually happen: (1) all fold, or (2) the villian with A high calls and catches another club. I am afraid that I am not getting full value when I hit these flushes. Any thoughts on how to play these flops?
