Wasn't sure whether to post this with or without results, and ended up deciding to post with them "hidden" in white. Interesting exercise in guessing opponents hands, as well as discussion on how this AJd was played and the fact that sometimes you are doomed to lose badly...

$2/$4 Limit Ring (10 handed)

Starting Stacks
Seat 1: CO ($97)
Seat 2: Button ($135.25)
Seat 3: SB ($109)
Seat 4: BB ($83)
Seat 5: UTG ($76.50)
Seat 6: UTG+1 ($84)
Seat 7: EP ($116.50)
Seat 8: MP1 ($116.38)
Seat 9: MP2 ($96.20)
Seat 10: LP (Hero) ($47)

Preflop: Hero is LP with A/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
1 fold, UTG+1 raises, 2 folds, MP2 calls, Hero calls, 2 folds, SB calls, BB folds

River: (0.75) 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif (4 players)
SB checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls, SB calls

Final Pot: $81

Results in white below:
MP2 has Js 3s (a full house, Jacks full of threes)
LP has Ad Jd (three of a kind, jacks)
SB has 3h 3c (a full house, Threes full of jacks)
Outcome: MP2 wins $81

I'd be curious if the peanut gallery has thoughts on how this hand was played - I think there are many areas to evaluate. Preflop reraise might have knocked out one or both of the eventual perpetrators, but more likely would have led to losing a few more BB.

I could have sworn this hand was posted not more than a few days ago titled "how can I avoid losing this much money on this"

Bad Beat Posts are frowned upon. Bad Beat Posts posted multiple times are really frowned upon.
