this was an amazing table, all villains are pretty bad and generally fall in the 50/2/1 range

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

BB ($118.25)
UTG ($171.85)
MP ($128.60)
CO ($111.75)
Button ($352.12)
Hero ($188.61)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/heart.gif. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $1, CO calls $1, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $4</font>, Hero (poster) calls $3.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $3, CO calls $3.

Flop: ($17) 7/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 8/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets $16.15</font>, Hero calls $16.15, MP folds, CO folds.

Picked up a gutshot and a flush draw. Plus I think I might have some folding equity if it's headsup and a 6 or 4 fall. I also think I might get to see the turn cheaply by leading. In hindsight there was probably no fold equity no matter what fell.

Turn: ($49.30) 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $20</font>, Button calls $20.

My sad attempt to get ok odds to draw and it worked.

River: ($89.30) 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>, Button calls $40.

Final Pot: $169.30

How does this amount for a value bet look. Anyone bet larger here?

The river value bet looks good, i bet $40-$50 here depending and I think this is a time that $50 scares away villian because he just called your turn bet. However, after the turn I am much less in love with the flush/gutshot draw because the board has now paired and I cannot rule out a flopped set from villian but I think a big PP is more likely.

The attempt to draw cheaply is something I really don't work into my game, but I think I may have to give it a try against passive opponents.
