Warning on HH from MultiPoker

I requested a couple of HH from Multi to look over and it had this line at the very top:

These hand histories are provided to you solely for your personal use and as an aid for your training and development. You are not permitted to share them with anyone. We reserve the right to cease providing them or apply further restrictions at any time.

Thought it was interesting. Anyone notice this before? It was from an e-mailed history.

someone posted this yeseterday or the day before, but i don't think there were any replies to that one eithor.

I have noticed that I don't seem to beable to view hand histories in the little box any more though, good thing they are all saved to HD

They have that on every hand history I get from empire. I play like 50 to 100 sitngos a day.
