I was really worried about him having a Q after the calls on the flop and the turn. I fired a value/blocker on the river planning to fold to a raise. Is this seeing monsters under the bed or would you guys play it the same?

When you raise, bad players auto-put you on AK. He is calling with his mid PP. If you are that scared of a Q then check calling the river is WAY better.

nobody thinks that he'd check behind with a mid PP or ace kicker here if I check it? I know if I was in this guys seat i'd check behind with a mid PP.

I'd fold. Against this guys light agression, and me firing on all three streets, there is no way he's pushing with a hand that doesn't beat JJ here. He's only pushing with KK, AA or a Q I think.
