Fav Starbucks Drink

i drink 1 thing at starbucks. winter summer spring and fall.

haven't seen it anywhere else but i found it accidentally. now that i get up at 7 each morning to swim and go to starbucks directlya fterwards id like to try something different if it sounds good.

my current apre swim drink is the double blended chai cream frappacino (sp?)

coffee frap... those things are way too good.

mocha frap if coffee is not sweet enough for you. throw in extra espresso.

The best coffee drink is the latin collada shots. I don't know why starbucks hasn't started selling these things.

I like the seasonal stuff in the winter too- cider, pumpkin spice lattes, etc. I am a total Starbucks whore. They are building one I can just about see out the window of my cube, so I will be in hog heaven soon. Broke and unable to sleep, but hog heaven all the same.

I either get a small black coffee or double espresso. their coffee is better than most, and miles better than that watery dunkin donuts crap, but it's not as good as my usual coffee and ridiculously overpriced.

starbucks espresso is not very good at all, maybe a 2 on a scale of 1-10. it is more overpriced than the coffee. I get a double espresso at starbucks in emergency situations only.

(I have probably made around 2000 purchases at SBUX over the years and I have never ordered a cappucino, and only once ordered a regular latte.)

yea..well i posted this and forgota bout it and got my chai frap this morning. swimming was awesome this morning as well b/c im finally starting to get into a rhythm and not just splashing around flailing like a beached whale w/ my fat ass. i am kinda a woman though b/c i can't do a freestyle for more than 100yrds...so instead i do 12 laps (600yrds) of the breast stroke correctly (learned from water polo player) and then 6 laps (300yrds) of backstroke as intensely as i can...then i do a few laps of freestyle for completeness.

one thing that sucks a LOT is that my foot injury is even a problem swimming b/c i can't push off the damn walls. so i must do a kinda mid water floaty turn around thingy. h8 4 life.

motivaiton for swimming: lose the 30lbs i gained since i stopped running due to injury.

thats about it...oh yea...the results of this thingy:

drinks i must now try:

1) ized tazo chai w/ soy milk

2) chai frap w/ soy milk instead of skim milk which they normally use

3) thats it b/c i totally forgot to mention i dont drink coffee.

yea...i think thats my closet calling... skirts on the line...
