I find playing big pairs aggressively difficult. How did I do in this situation? The reraise on the flop made me think BB had a made straight. Was I right in this conclusion?

Well the BB made a preflop raise so for typical players that indicates an Ace or a pair or high suited connectors.

Certainly not KT or T8

Post Flop quite possible they have AQ or QJs, maybe AA and calling down with KQ is not so bad in my view.
