This really threw me for a loop. Usually I'm the one betting out first with trips. In a mindless daze I thought to myself, "can't fold this even though I have a weak kicker, gotta call it down the whole way" (I thought I would extract more money this way... probably not the best idea).

Thinking about it now, maybe I should have raised the flop. No reads on this guy at the time. What should I have done?

I'd call the river. He is either as scared of the flush as you are or he is giving you very good odds with the boat. I'd bet hes scared of the flush IMO.

Given the way you played it, which I dont think is too bad, call the river.
