I would strongly consider betting the flop. You are facing 2 posters, where CO is getting great odds on a preflop raise with ~any 2. He may know this. In any case he certainly doesn't need an ace, you may win immediately, and if he raises you it means you are beat ~always.

You can also check/call the flop and lead any turn, which might be better.

I think you played it the way I would have played it.
