2/4 NL 6-max

Hero (400) is SB with T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif T/images/graemlins/spade.gif
Villain (200) is EP

Preflop
Villain limps, folded to hero who makes it 20 to go. Only villain calls

Flop (Pot 44)
T/images/graemlins/heart.gif9/images/graemlins/heart.gif4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif
Hero leads for 20, villain thinks and makes it 50, hero pushes.

Bleh ... whats the plan given the board here, and the out-of-positionness of hero, and the size of villains stack ?

what are reads? I like just calling and check raising the turn allin.

I would bet like 35 $ on the flop.

Without having any reads on the villian, I think this is a fine play. He is representing either an overpair or an OESFD. Pushing is about the only way to rock him off of the OESFD, which you want to do. If he has JJ-AA, he may misread you for TPTK and go to the felt with it, which you want. I don't mind your line at all.

lead out for 40. makes it easier to get his short stack in on the turn and harder for him to get away from if he raises and you push on the flop.
