Party 400-No reads

I limp in MP with jh9h. Sb makes it 12, BB calls, i call. Flop is KJ9r. SB bets 30, fold, i call.

Turn is an offsuit 7. He leads 80, i make it 200, he calls. River is a dud, he checks, and i put my lsat 160 in. Anyone play it differently?

I probably raise it to 100 on flop. Check turn. Then call moderate river bet/bet moderate amount if checked to.

i think you need to raise the flop... too many scare cards... any ace, k, q, or t

So far there hasn't really been any good analysis. After i played this hand, i didn't like getting such a big pot going with bottom two, but no one has given the spedific merits of any other line. By raising the flop against typical 400 players, you often get them to fastplay hands like AK, AA, KQ, etc... think you may have some pair+gutshot combo. I wanted a safe turn, and i got one. At that point, raising seemed obvious but maybe i am wrong. After he just calls the turn raise, we don't think this is a river value bet?
