How confident in system should I be?

I have a sports betting angle that so far has been successful. I've bet on 42 games, and I'm 24-18-1. This works out to about 58.5%. I was wondering how likely it is after this big of a sample size, for the system to still in reality be a loser? How would I solve this problem?

Sytems are almost for sure destined to lose in the long run. Your sample size is miniscule.
