Looks good to me. I like betting out on the flop, it looks like a continuation bet you might make with AK or JJ and I like checking the turn and giving villan the chance to bet out on the river. Since villan didn't lead out on the river he probably doesn't have much of a hand so I'd consider making a value bet of 100 and hope he pays me off.

I think you played it OK, there's other ways to play it too. I sometimes will check this flop but betting is fine too. My guess is that they all had crap and folded, you might try betting something like 125 on the river, give them a chance to bluff.
