There is no one proper strategy for all limit tourneys. You should use all your poker arsenal in a tourney, particularly a multi-table tournament. Position and table image are very important as well. AT times it may be best to be defensive and wait for great cards. Other times, a very agressive strategy will serve you right. Most of all, I think enough can't be said for this, but you have to catch cards and make the right plays at right times.
