Fold. He's a nit. Don't give him your money.

I don't get the flop action. He bets 4, you raise 12, he raises 16, then you have to call 8...?

Anyway, fold the turn.

Edit: Oh, and depending on how the flop actually went you can fold when he reraises your check-raise given how tight he is. If it was actually only an $8 raise then I guess a call is fine.

so what do you put him on?

Probably a set or two pair (AQ). He post flop aggression is too low to three bet AJ or a draw which is the only hands hero is beating. If hero is lucky this is a split pot.

If his pfr is 3 would he raise with AJ?

Nope and probably not AQ either. AA-JJ and AK is about 5% so you get the idea.

any other comments?

Without any reads other than "129/-.38/46" I think I'd fold this. He raised your c/r. That's normally a pretty big hand, unless you have a real read on him. I'm guessing he's got two pair or better and best case scenario you're splitting. If you call the turn, you're pretty much playing for your whole stack. I don't want to play for my whole stack with just a pair against someone showing this much strenght. Fold.

I fold this for sure, but I do it on his re-raise of my check-raise on the flop. He's too soft to not have a monster hand here.

I'm pretty sure he has QQ here, AA is unlikely.
He raises 5 pf which probably means AA-QQ, AK, maybe AQs with his pfr.
He bets 4 into ~10 pot and then reraises pretty small, as I see it he is screaming for some action on this dry flop.
Finally he bets out 60 into a 50 pot, he probably thinks he got the nuts here and wants some real value, I don't think he would bet this much with AQ.

I'd call the turn and fold the river.

Villian raises 3% of hands? You have to fold to his three bet on the flop. I like the call with AK. Check raise is fine, but you're in trouble when he three bets. Only hands I can see him raise preflop and now threebet are AA/QQ/AQ. AK maybe. But to be honest, he plays it tight. Let it go, he likes his hand and he ain't that aggro post flop.
