Here's the problem... I somehow got linked to this blog about a month ago, and it was someguy who primarily plays SNGs if I'm correct. He was part of some club or federation or something weird because he had a logo or had some sort of initials on it (the logo looked like a shield)

And on the right column it had a list of MUST HAVE poker software, and maybe even books.

Well anyways, I've been googling around for about 10-15 minutes a day looking for this a-holes website, and still cant find it. This is ridiculous.

Anyone know who's blog it is?

I know it's not zee justin though.

this is some funny stuff, rolling blow by blow of his WCOOP #2 experience:

[ QUOTE ]
6:30...Caught stealing with J998, one-suit, by short stack. This could actually be good for my image. Of course, I’d have rather had the chips. T 16,671.

6:31...Wife and daughter headed to in-laws. If I’m still in when they get back, it will be very good.

6:36...The check-call, bet out weak line seems to be confusing people. I use this a lot in NL hold ‘em with marginal hands that I think are best, so we may have to keep using it here. T 18,471.

6:38...Ole Miss misses another FG. Still down 6-3, mid 3rd quarter.

6:40...The biggest blessing I’ve had in this thing was getting moved to a new table. The first table I was at was very difficult...I feel like I have some control here.

6:41...Big INT by Ole Miss...they start at the Memphis 17.

6:43...Ugh. 4th down again. Here comes the Ole Miss kicker. Or not.

6:44...Ole Miss converts the 4th down for a TD! Jesus, he almost missed the XP. 10-6, Ole Miss.

6:45...I feel like I’m missing out on some good opportunities to steal pots. I just don’t know the odds well enough here.

on and on:

[ QUOTE ]
6:54...Level 8, blinds 200/400. T 17,021, average 20,894. 163rd out of 313.

6:56...End of 3rd quarter, Ole Miss 10-6.

7:02...Matros gets a bit lucky. Made a move and catches a straight draw on a dangerous board to move to 39,201.

7:04...Check-call, bet the turn works again. Bluffed a monotone board with three pair. T 19,221. Use sparingly.

7:06...Understanding Matros...he seems to be raising big preflop with big pairs and min-raising with draws. Hope it’s not that obvious, for his sake. He and I both need to work on our bet manipulation on the flop...we’ve both been knocked off hands with raises.

7:09...Guess not, he min-raised with AAQT, double-suited. He’s also got 46K now. I should shut up now.

7:18...La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la.

7:21...How many times have I switched up my strategy here? Who knows...

7:22...I think I had this many chips three hours ago.

7:23...Fourth break.

7:23...Huge 3rd down conversion by the Ole Miss QB at the shadow of their own goal line.

7:26...256 players left. I have T 16,821. Average 25,546. I’m in 168th. Need to make something happen soon, but not in panic mode yet.

7:30...Level 9, blinds 300/600.

7:30...TiVo wants to watch “Cops” again.

7:31...Memphis is driving. If Ole Miss can keep them out of the end zone, I win the bet.

7:31...Fumble! Ole Miss ball. 2:37 left.

7:34...I can fold with the best of ‘em.

7:37...Woohoo! I win blind vs. blind. Free nine hands!

7:39...Memphis has the ball back. 1:27 left.

From the WCOOP #1 blog. Some of this stuff is priceless:

[ QUOTE ]
3:30...Exactly one hour to start, 2,090 entries and the prize pool exceeds $1 million. 2,500 entries may be too low and 3,000 wouldn’t shock me.

4:17...Getting close. I’m watching the end of West Virginia-Syracuse and trying to treat this like any other tournament. We’ll see how that works out. I’ve got a bit of money on West Virginia +3 and they’re up 10-7 with the ball, early fourth quarter...looking good right now. 2,743 entries so far.

4:20...No going back now. The “Unregister” button is gone.

4:28...Table’s up. Nobody I recognize. Looks like I drew the SB. Yippee.

4:30...All right, kiddos, here we go. 3,062 entries. $1,531,000 prize pool. 324 paid. First place will be $306,200. Blinds 10/20, starting stacks 2,500. Lots of play for first two hours, at least.

4:30...First hand 42o. Fold.

4:32...First moron raise to 9x BB. Awesome.

4:34...Congratulations to onlinechamp on his 3,061st place finish. This guy’s pretty much the poster boy for preventing underage gambling. Google for info.

4:35...On the board! 99 UTG. Raise to 55. BB calls. Flop two-suited, two overcards. He checks, I bet, I win.

4:36...First bad hand. AJ SB. Raise two limpers to 120, get one call. Board misses, I bet 2/3 pot, he calls. Turn misses, I check, he bets big (reeks of weak), I fold. T 2,225. For the record, this was 9x BB man from earlier. He won’t last.

4:40...I fold the hammer preflop to no action from MP. Sorry guys.

4:41...Apparently, West Virginia got a safety. Kick ass. 12-7, 6:30 left.
