I never had one of these things before, but the house we moved into a month ago has a jacuzzi bath...one of those gigantic ones. Of course I've been in jacuzzis a hundred times, but it's so nice to have one right in the bathroom. So convenient.

So if you're looking at two houses and trying to decide, if one has it, take that one. If you're building a house and trying to decide whether to spend the extra $$, do it.
