Eurobet Account Closed

I tried to login to my eurobet account Yesterday and after doing so it is coming up with a message saying "Your account has been closed.You will not be able to logon or play." Only last month I signed up for a rakeback program with Eurobet. The only thing I can think of is that I was playing on Party clearing a bonus on Friday night and am thinking could this have P**sed Eurobet off.
I contacted Eurobet today and they told me their Poker Investigations team was off until tomorrow and couldnt give me any more info on why the account was closed...

Any opinions ?

I have a friend who cleared the Party, Empire, and Eurobet reloads in the last week and his account still works.

Could it just be one of those 'temporary' freezes to confirm who you are?
This happens sometimes when you set up an account at a skin.
They close your account and you ask you to call them

You just call them up and it clears things up right away (when they get back to the office that is).
