View Full Version : Empire has a cashout max limit?? WTF!??

I'd had some recent successes at the Empire tables, and when I went to cash out most recently, it told me that I'd exceeded their cashout limits of $3K / day or $10K / month, and that to process my request, I'd need to fax them in ID or give them my SS# !! Anyone encountered this?
The oddest thing was that I HADN'T exceeded those limits (I wish!). I had only cashed out perhaps 5 or 6 thousand this month...I'm pissed I have to send them this personal info to get my money out. I'd never even heard of this happening at a Party skin...is this new?

A month may be defined as a rolling 31 day period.

Yeah, i checked that, but still only came to 6,000. Regardless, it's not HOW i bumped up against the max i'm wondering about, just surprised that there IS a max in the first place, which i'd never heard of...and wondering if others had come across this or whether it was new.

I had the same thing happen to me. Like you I cashed out a little less than the 10K limit and yet still got that message. I was royally pissed off.
I don't care how reputable the company is, there is no way I will ever fax them my picture ID and personal information to some schmuck in india. Forget it.

I waited till the next day to cash out and it worked.

OK, after some brief fiddling w/ the #s, I figured out that it is indeed a rolling 30 or 31 day period that defines their "month". And I was in fact a little over the 10K "max" w/ my most recent request...i reduced it to just under the max and was fine. guess i'll just have to wait 2 wks to get the rest -- F.uck sending my info to india.

Yet another good reason for many gnome accounts sucking off small dollars.

i just ran into this for the first time over on party

I'm not particularly thrilled about it.

$3k max a day and $10k a month??
Fax you my freaking drivers' license?? (that was something that kept me from playing on a handful of other sites...I refused to do this on those sites just to get my own damn money back)

What happens if you have per say 100K and you want to clear out your account? Sounds like you would have to mule it out of your account?

either that or give up your ID

If I had this problem I be extremely thrilled some hacker schmuck couldn't steal it all in one day.

Are you guys withdrawing using neteller? That's what I use and have never had this problem. I withdrew 33k from empire in the month of August. I've also had multiple 6K+ withdrawals from party in one day in the last month.

Unfortunately I haven't had the pleasure to stumble upon this problem.

Same system operates on Eurobet. Maximum of £3000 allowed in any one day if withdrawing to a Bank account. Netteller different i suppose.

What exactly is the problem with faxing them your driver's license?

What's wrong with faxing them an id?
