Level 1 - Flop Play - top pair middle kicker - Hero??

This seems like such an elementy question, and I know that, but I find myself in sitations like this all the time. How do you play this hand?

My initial thought after reviewing the hand history is to muck it preflop, which is my normal play, but I deviated from that and am starting to play more marginal hands in early levels.

I folded after the raise on the flop.

Raising this hand makes me want to vomit. It's not that good of a hand. And fold to the raise, do you really think the raiser and caller can't beat TPNK?

I would limp with that pre flop probably, the only other option pf is to fold.

After you are raised and cold called on the flop, you need to let the hand go.
