i don't really have a problem with it. BB might have caught a small piece and is just betting b/c they're big stack. Raiser probably sitting on medium PP. in a 10+1 i'd push almost every time. or just flat call, see if the BB drops, then give raiser a chance to bet into your on fourth street.
