Yeah, I should have went all-in on the flop. I thought calling him put me all in but it left me with $60.

I'd raise a bit more PF myself. 400 maybe.

Ok. Is this a matter of preference? I know the suggestion is to raise 3x to 5x. I am usually raising 3x most of the time. This wouldn't be wrong would it?

I know, stupid fish question.

A good rule is to raise 3x for an opening raise but 3x +1bb for each limper. so 3x +1 limper is 400

Ah ok. Hm, I don't think I've ever read or heard of that.
