Am I Gambling Underage?

UB says that I can't gamble on their site cuse Im only 20. Yet in my jurisdiction, WA, I am able to gamble legally. Is it okay if I go on their site and play there?

I just hear so much crap about how it law makers are trying to decide if we ought to allow online gambling in the USA and blah blah blah. I just am double checking.

By no means am I buff on politics and legislature. I just want to make sure its alright is all.

A simple yes or no would of been fine.

The legal gambling age is irrelevant. If UB decided not to let anyone under 55 play on their site, they could do that and seize the funds of all those who could not prove they were 55.

I'm under 21 so I just don't take the risk of playing at UB, apparently the games there suck anyway.

UB changed their age requirement. You only have to have 18 years of age to play there now.
