I think that it is a tropical depression right now, and it it very possible because of its location, that it will stay out at sea and veer towards the north atlantic. Actually there is a scarier system that is starting to develop off the west coast of africa that has a lot of rain already and looks like it could turn into a very powerful storm in teh carribean
