CMwings - you reference the 4/16 10-K?

I looked through the PKER 10-k filing on the 16th of April. I did not notice anything about the supposed millions in default on debt payments that was to be described in the filing? Nothing even close. They added 700,000 in bad debt expense during the year, but thats not it? The 10-k is a very long document and it could be that I just missed it. Could you please reference the portion of the 10-k that discussed this fact.

On page 18 (of the print-out) of PKER-10-K...4/16/03 it states,

"Antico has notified us that it has ceased all payments of royalties payable to us..."

In the PKER-SEC-10QSB...11/14/02 it states,

"Approximately $613k of the $1139k account receivable was due from Antico Holdings..."

Bubmack and everyone, I'll be happy to answer any questions and support them w/documented reference (I haven't even started on the PKER-PR...6/19/02 that states, "PKER will earn a monthly royalty fee from revenue generated by Ladbroke's card room." and since then, nary a peep from the DEADBEATS.) And make no mistake concerning possible hidden agendas, I only have one, to EXPOSE SOME DEADBEATS!
