PF Raiser is 39/10 over 150 hands. Is the flop a good place to be check raising since there are so many people in the pot already?

If you don't think you can bet/3-bet to protect your hand, (and I doubt you can), c/r for value.

yes, checkraise the flop. You are well ahead of both the PFR's raising range and the callers calling range. Checkraising extracts value and prevents the disastrous turn free card.
