Neteller Questions

So I've gone from $30 to $200 at Paradise and want to spread my wings a bit. Neteller seems to be the best option for moving money around, but I have some questions:-
1. Can I set up an account with money from a poker site (i.e. never have to deposit from a card or bank account)?
2. Does neteller charge for money coming from or going into poker sites?

I am based in the UK and do not want to pay currency conversion charges. Obviously if the answer to Q1 is no then I can just make the minimum credit card deposit.

I have a neteller account but set it up through a bank deposit. In my experience neteller has very good customer service (quick response time to email, someone always answers the phone, etc.) as they want you to set up and maintain an account. Why not go straight to the source and ask them? You'll probably get a quicker answer.
