Well I happened to come across it anyways, its from "Hiphip Speech (on MF Doom Hyssop)" from Portable Immortal. I'm not exactly sure what Portable Immortal is - it just seems like a collection of freestyles and a couple regular tracks. Anyone know enough to fill me in?
