Oh yeah, they are down.
They went down at literally the worst time possible.
3/6 table flopped my set, and BOOYAAHH, FREEZE UP.
I was UTG and had 4 callers.
Long story made short I get credited for my $6 invested in the pot...
They tell me to reboot and play again in 30 minutes...

AQo flops Aces full. Connection issue, get back in time to see an opponent flip over AJ for top trips to take it down. Can only imagine the money I might have made, ends a great run of cards at Empire that resulted in a $221 loss...
