TINTED HEADLIGHTS?

i was under the impression that the purpose of headlights was to put as much light as needed on the road as possible. apparently these ppl think that there is not a need for the ammount of light normal headlights put out.

Agreed. I also saw someone with their brake lights blacked out. WTF? /images/graemlins/confused.gif
