Seems like a weird raise to me. Villian was moderatly aggressive, moderately tight.

I would have made a continuation/stab bet on the flop....unless the $33ers checkraise more often than lower levels. Unfortunatly, all the checking gives you no info on villians hand, he could easily have QJ here or something.

I dont know, I guess I'd call.

I would limp preflop...I suck post-flop so I'll stop there.

Come to think of it, I suck period.

Last hand I'm posting tonite. I just have to make sure that I don't suck and if i do then i'll just have to figure out what to do next

Standard Push? 33's lvl 6 (100,200)

UTG: 3000
Button: 1200
Hero (sb) 1600
BB: 1100 BB is a TAG

folded to Hero with 67o Hero pushes

Obviously he called and i lost but do i suck? I have a pathetic win rate but at least it's positive. Should I move down? Man am I such a whiner or what....

I don't know why your raised 99 in hand 1 to 75. Because you did, with two callers post flop theres enough in the pot to try and continuation bet.

Hand two is plus EV if thats what your looking for. You probably had a better idea of calling ranges and how tight/loose the table was. I say id push that hand maybe 1/4 -1/2 of the time which might be wrong

That raise was the ugliest thing ever. Not gonna force anyone out, and you dont want calls with your hand. Eitehr call or fold, i dont think raising is a good option here.

This is a good push, he is waiting to call with something decent. He is the short stack so he might enter with a slightly weaker hand because he cant wait anyone out. But if you get off this stael you can dominate the 2 short stacks and pick up nice chips.

What a horrible raise in hand 1. You might as well be freaking minraising.

Just limp and fold on that flop. The way you played it (raising 2.5X AFTER a limper), I'd C-bet half the pot.

2nd hand is standard. He has 5.5BB, you have 8BB. Shove it and ship it BWAHAHAHA HA.

Also, when I first started at the 33s, they seemed to be a very different animal than the 22s, and I had nightmares about them. I just couldn't win! Or I win over 100 SNGs then give it all back over the next 100 SNGs. Here's what I did:
1. Went back to the 22s when my confidence was shot to rebuild
2. Never gave up trying. Just keep plugging away and playing SNGs. Post hands like these ones so that people can comment on your play and help you. (However, with a hand like #1, you def. have some leaks to plug.) If you were 4-tabling 22s, try 3-tabling 33s.
Anyway, moving up is always hard. When I had finally conquered the 33s, it was time for the 55s and it was the same story all over again. After a while, I adjusted, became better, and now it's a grind again (albeit a lucrative one /images/graemlins/wink.gif)

Folding is not an option.

Do not limp with this hand. Raise to T120. Then, play post flop poker. Just trying to see a cheap flop with 99 and 20 BBs is not good; try to take it down now.
