Looks like they just changed the points system to .5 max per hand. Sorry if this has already been covered, but I'm pretty sure they were still running it the old way earlier this afternoon.

I fired off a letter of complaint. Unfortunately, I don't really have the option of quitting UB entirely. But they won't be seeing any full-ring holdem from me anytime soon.

Unbelievable. Like those things weren't hard enough to clear. Sites are trying to squeeze every extra dime out right now it seems.

i think this is the reason they changed thier system. although under thier old system, thier bonus policy was so lousy and rake was so high they turned a nice profit, it is clear they are incredibly greedy and just want more.

The site now has at least two different explanations of how to get Ultimate Points. The one I think is new is at www.ultimatebet.com/popups/club/just_play.html (http://www.ultimatebet.com/popups/club/just_play.html) and I have asked them if that is what they are using. No reply yet.

I don't remember where I found it on the site (I only looked because I noticed the change while playing). Does it really matter? Sit down at a table and you'll see the new policy in action.
